SAVANNAH RIVERBOAT CRUISES
Savannah Riverboat Cruises celebrated the nation’s milestone with a full day of pa-
triotic experiences on the Savannah River, highlighted by the debut of our first ever
Dockside Dinner aboard the Georgia Queen. Guests enjoyed a Southern buffet, live
entertainment, and waterfront views while the vessel remained docked along historic
River Street, creating a relaxed and uniquely Savannah dining experience.
Following dinner, guests disembarked and stepped directly onto River Street to enjoy
what many consider the best seats in Savannah for the city’s fireworks display over the
river. The evening offered the perfect combination of dining, Southern hospitality,
and front-row views of one of the city’s most anticipated annual traditions.
Throughout the day, the Georgia Queen welcomed visitors and locals alike with pa-
triotic décor, live music, and unforgettable views of Savannah’s historic waterfront.
Celebrating America’s 250th anniversary in one of the nation’s most historic cities
made the occasion especially meaningful. As generations gathered along the river to
watch the fireworks, the evening served as a reminder of Savannah’s enduring mari-
time heritage and the traditions that continue to bring our community and visitors
together year after year.
Savannah Riverboat Cruises sponsors the Savannah Waterfront for fireworks each year.
