difficult to manage.
Successful projects emphasize transparency and frequent 
communication to maintain alignment between the vari-
ous stakeholders. This includes not only formal reporting 
structures but also informal channels that allow issues to 
be raised and addressed quickly before they have signifi-
cant consequences.
Good communication must be established from the outset 
of a project, with clearly defined cadences, methods, and 
documentation plans. Each party should know exactly 
what outputs they are expected to produce, which inputs 
from which other stakeholders are needed, and what in-
terdependencies need to be managed. As hybrid projects 
today often involve at least one stakeholder going through 
the process for the first time, over communication is pref-
erable to assumption.
