That’s right, the nation’s first hydrogen fuel cell-powered passenger vessel is in the works. PVA Vessel member Red and White Fleet is working with a number of partners who are focused on building the pio- neering zero-emission vessel and will operate the multi-purpose vessel during a demonstration period and has plans to purchase it at a later date.
