This move follows a career with the U.S. Coast Guard spanning more than 20 years. Captain Smith has deep knowledge in leadership, project manage- ment of large scale marine op- erations, regulatory standards, inspections, audit and compli- ance programs, engineering, emergency and operational risk management as well as vessel fleet management and strategic planning.  Entertainment Cruises’ fleet of 37 vessels serves nearly two million passengers in nine cities. n MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Bar Harbor Whale Watch Bar Harbor Whale Watch, Bar Harbor, ME, is a seasonal operation that offers tours of the Gulf of Maine to view marine life, including several varieties of whales, dolphins, sea birds, and seals.
