Minimizing Slips, Trips, and Falls – Analysis and White Paper Recently, PVA completed an indus- try-wide study of the leading cause of injuries on passenger vessels: slips, trips and falls. The result of the study has been to create a guide in coordina- tion with the Coast Guard. This white paper guide will help you to identify, mitigate, and remove hazards.
