Back in December 2016, the PVA Safety and Security Committee, in co- operation with PVAAssociate Member Marine Learning Systems, created PVA- developed crew training videos and manuals available through an online portal for free as a benefit of mem- bership. Recently, content from the Transportation SecurityAdministration (TSA) was added to the portal. This content includes: • Crowd Control for Passenger Vessels and Terminals • Basic Screening Procedures for Maritime Transportation Security • VBIED/IED Recognition/Response for Passenger Vessels and Terminals • Terminal and Shipboard Evacuation • Maritime Terrorism and Hijacking Situations These are the same training modules that were available in DVD form, but now the DVD is not needed.
