Provide instruction to company personnel with security responsi- bilities on the applicable revisions to the ASP. Review changes to actions required at different MARSEC levels. This instruction will count as one of the three drills required annually and shall be documented in the ASP. 5. Inform the Coast Guard: • If the company does not have a copy of the original letter(s) sent to the Coast Guard indicating use of the PVA ASP, provide a list of covered vessels to the Coast Guard Marine Safety Center as per the template provided in the ASP. • Notify the local Coast Guard Captain of the Port of any changes to facility vulnerabilities and countermeasures using CG Form 6025. 6. Remove and destroy all outdated in- formation associated with previous versions of the ASP. Remember, this needs to be completed by December 12, 2017, so start the process now. If you are a seasonal operator and will be shutting down before December 12, you need to complete the implementation before you shut down. PVA staff will provide an ASP im- plementation presentation at our region meetings as well as the convention. PVA encourages members to apply for this important work group by November 10.
