PVA, along with the industry, has long urged the Coast Guard to update this form and ease the administra- tive burden on industry for reporting. This comes on the heels of the recently released Navigation and Inspection Circular 01-15, which has modified some of the previous marine casualty reporting requirements. The following are several of the im- provements made to the form: Red and White Fleet Joins PVA Green WATERS Program Red and White Fleet, San Francisco, CA has become the latest PVA Vessel member to participate in the PVA Green WATERS Program and commit to protecting and preserving the marine environment. As reported in the September 2015 issue of FOGHORN, Tom Escher, President of Red and White Fleet, is striving to make history with the creation of SF Breeze, the nation’s first hydrogen fuel cell ferry. This innova- tive vessel aims to be a zero emission ferry.
