The event was run by the Port of Virginia in partnership with thePortofSanDiego,focusingon unified preparedness and response. The two-day summit brought togeth-erpublic-andprivate-sectorleaders fromthroughoutthemaritimein-dustry with the goal of collaboration, innovation,andpreparingteamsfor allpossiblehazards.Topicscovered ranged from electrification of port in-frastructure and emergency response to mental health within the industry, as well as discussions on grant plan-ning,autonomoussystemsinmari-time security, and improving partner communication.Througheachses-sion, presentations and panels shared information and sparked dialogue to strengthen the industry and improve maritime resilience.
