All aspects of the project are within the Gordhead framework. Blogs are great for allowing communi- cation between many different people but are not tied to any other aspect of the project. Typical file sharing websites allow the sharing of files but those sites lack the ability to com- municate with one another and track progress or comment on the progres- sion of the contract. Email is a great tool but has a tendency to be overused and is limited to just those people that are copied on the email.
